As a team, we are passionate about providing accessible, trauma-informed, and culturally-sensitive counselling. Our counsellors can offer sliding scale fees depending on availability and your situation. We offer bilingual counselling to support you in the language that feels most comfortable to you. Most of our counsellors are trained in EMDR therapy and/or other approaches that support trauma healing.
